Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Enumerate is the May 2023 rebrand of TOPS Software, a Clearwater, Florida community association accounting vendor founded in 1985 by Jeff Hardy (legal entity TOPS Software of Florida, LLC).

Enumerate is one of the oldest and largest CAM accounting vendors, with more than 5 million homes in over 45,000 communities cited by Mergr and "tens of thousands of communities and millions of homes" in its own releases, but reviewer counts (129 on Capterra at 3.8 stars, 111 on G2) and a shrinking headcount suggest it is losing ground to Vantaca and CINC.

A G2 reviewer says getting TOPS One to integrate with other systems such as smart banking, Strongroom and ComWeb is a constant uphill battle. Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. There is no official Enumerate MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. Enumerate doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
