Findigs scores F on Supergood's API Report Card. Findigs published a Client API for listings, applications and groups with webhooks, then closed it to new clients. Keys come only from the Findigs team, there are no SDKs, and new operators must rely on PMS syncs to get decision data out.
Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Site terms may apply to any integration approach, and how they apply is a determination each team makes for itself.
Findigs is a New York based rental application, resident screening and leasing decisioning platform for residential operators.
Real Estate & Property. Findigs sells to US residential owners and operators across multifamily, single family rental, build to rent, student housing and affordable housing. Leasing teams publish a listing, send prospects into the Findigs application, and wait for the automatic decision to land in their PMS instead of reviewing paystubs and bank statements by hand.
Findigs reports more than 400,000 units and hundreds of operators in its June 2026 Series C announcement, and its website now claims 500K plus units on the network.
Listings and units with rent, availability and status; applicant groups with workflow status, decision outcome, decision reasons and desired move in date; individual applications with self reported identity, employment and income, pet data, mandatory disclosures, custom question answers and credit, criminal and eviction results; uploaded documents and their fraud analysis; identity verification results; bank and payroll linked income data; policy criteria and risk tier configuration; marketing attribution by channel; post lease performance and delinquency data; audit trails behind every decision; and application fee and deposit alternative transactions.
Founded in 2018 in New York City by Steve Carroll, Findigs started as a rental application and fraud tool and repositioned in 2025 and 2026 as an AI native leasing decisioning platform.
Renters report repeated document requests, bot only support and multi day loops before a human intervenes; Trustpilot shows 3.1 of 5 across 1,397 reviews. BBB reviewers average 1.7 of 5 over 67 reviews, citing no way to reach a human, invasive bank and payroll linking and silence for days after fees were paid. Full sourced list under Sources below.

Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. There is no official Findigs MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. Findigs doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
