Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly.

ISN API requires an active ISN customer account plus credentials issued out-of-band by ISN operations; no self-serve developer signup. ISN REST and JSON APIs live on separate hostnames (api.inspectionsupport.net vs. json.inspectionsupport.net) with overlapping but distinct surfaces, forcing integrators to reconcile two documentation sets.
