Rently has an official API, but teams routinely hit its limits: gated access, partial coverage, or paid tiers. Most end up supplementing it with exports or an unofficial API layer like Supergood. Rently is the category pioneer and one of the two dominant self-tour platforms in US rentals, with more than 3,500 operators cited in 2021, 20M+ completed tours per its company page, and named institutional customers including Progress Residential and Greystar.
Prospect PII (name, phone, email, ID verification results, credit card holds for tours), tour and check-in timestamps tied to physical access events, lock codes and access schedules for occupied and vacant units, resident move-in and move-out invitations, vendor and employee access logs, device telemetry (door open/close, leak, smoke, temperature), and property marketing data.
Founded 2011. The touring product is a Rails-era web app (secure.rently.com, iframe and popup embeds, postMessage callbacks) with a newer Smart Home service hosted at app2.keyless.rocks and MQTT plus AWS Cognito credentials for live device streams.
The CRM registration integration is an HTML iframe with URL parameters and postMessage callbacks; Rently's own docs concede "This is not like a REST based API that one would typically expect.". A landlord on r/Landlord says Rently has had many scams and that the product is very old and clunky compared to the self-showing service they use. Full sourced list under Sources below.

Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. There is no official Rently MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. Rently doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
