iQmetrix runs a public developer portal at developers.iqmetrix.com with REST APIs over RQ data: DataConnect for customer and sales records, VMI and CMI inventory, dropship, and eCommerce. Access is partner-gated, aimed at master agents and multi-location dealers rather than open signup.
RQ by iQmetrix scores D+ on Supergood's API Report Card. iQmetrix runs a public developer portal at developers.iqmetrix.com with REST APIs over RQ data: DataConnect for customer and sales records, VMI and CMI inventory, dropship, and eCommerce. Access is partner-gated, aimed at master agents and multi-location dealers rather than open signup.
Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Site terms may apply to any integration approach, and how they apply is a determination each team makes for itself.
RQ is iQmetrix's flagship Retail Management System (RMS) and point-of-sale platform purpose-built for the wireless/telecom retail channel.
Vertical-specialist POS/RMS exclusively for wireless and telecom retail. A store associate uses an RQ POS terminal to ring device sales, accessories, and bill payments; performs carrier activations through integrated activation flows; takes trade-ins; books appointments via queue management; and processes B2B/commercial orders.
High inside its niche, niche outside it. Within North American wireless retail, RQ is widely considered the category leader and a default RMS for multi-location dealers; outside wireless it has effectively zero footprint.
Company: iQmetrix Software Development Corp., founded 1999, HQ Vancouver, BC (Canada) with US offices. Customers: 370,000+ users, 10,000+ locations, ~$17B GMV/yr, 53M+ transactions/yr (self-reported).
iQmetrix was founded in 1999 and has been building RQ for the wireless channel for over two decades.
Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. As of August 2026 there is no official RQ by iQmetrix MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. RQ by iQmetrix doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
