Founded 1998 in Denver, Colorado by Kerry Hicks. Acquired by Vestar Capital Partners (private equity) in 2010 and merged with CPM Marketing Group the same year to form the hospital-CRM "Healthgrades Hospital Solutions" division.
There is no public, self-serve developer API, production access requires contacting the Healthgrades client team and being issued a partner authentication token.
