MeridianLink Mortgage still runs on LendingQB's SOAP web services, documented in public since 2018 and callable by any lender user, which keeps it open for a customer's own team while vendors go through the Marketplace partner program. No OAuth, no public webhooks, no developer portal.
MeridianLink Mortgage scores C on Supergood's API Report Card. MeridianLink Mortgage still runs on LendingQB's SOAP web services, documented in public since 2018 and callable by any lender user, which keeps it open for a customer's own team while vendors go through the Marketplace partner program. No OAuth, no public webhooks, no developer portal.
MeridianLink Mortgage has an official API, but teams routinely hit its limits: gated access, partial coverage, or paid tiers. Most end up supplementing it with exports or an unofficial API layer like Supergood. Site terms may apply to any integration approach, and how they apply is a determination each team makes for itself.
MeridianLink Mortgage is a cloud native, fully browser based mortgage loan origination system aimed at credit unions, community banks and independent mortgage banks. It began life as LendingQB, a Costa Mesa, California LOS that MeridianLink acquired in 2018 and rebranded in 2021.
US credit unions, community and regional banks and small to mid size independent mortgage banks that want one vendor across consumer, mortgage and deposit origination. Loan officers and borrowers start applications in Mortgage Access or the originator portal, price and lock through PriceMyLoan, and order credit from inside the file.
MeridianLink Mortgage is a mid tier LOS by share of US originations but has real breadth among credit unions and community banks.
The loan file: full 1003 application data with borrower PII, income, assets, liabilities, REO and employment; credit reports and raw credit XML; AUS and FHA TOTAL Scorecard results; PriceMyLoan pricing, lock and eligibility data; closing cost templates, Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure dates and fees; underwriting conditions and tasks; eDocs document images and metadata; TPO user, originating company and broker compensation records; trades, pools and transactions; contact rolodex entries; and workflow rule and queue configuration.
LendingQB launched in the late 2000s as one of the first fully browser based mortgage LOS platforms, which still shows in the product's multi user file editing and cloud delivery, and MeridianLink has kept the application current with automatic periodic updates, a 2026 rebrand, MeridianLink One platform integration and the MeridianLink Intelligence AI agents due at the end of 2026.
G2 reviewer: price scaling gets steep once specialized integration add ons or seats are added, and third party vendor syncs for credit or appraisal pulls can lag at peak volume. Software Advice reviewer: the system lacks enough features to manage loans without developer intervention and there are few developers in the field with LendingQB experience. Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. As of November 2026 there is no official MeridianLink Mortgage MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. MeridianLink Mortgage doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
