Mortgage Cadence scores D on Supergood's API Report Card. Mortgage Cadence has an MCP Developer Portal and says most platform actions are available through APIs, but entry is an access request naming a referrer and sponsoring lender, and vendors also apply as partners. No API reference, pricing or auth model is public, and PartnerOne took over in 2026.
Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Site terms may apply to any integration approach, and how they apply is a determination each team makes for itself.
Mortgage Cadence sells the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP), a cloud hosted, browser based mortgage loan origination system that spans point of sale through closing and post closing for consumer direct, distributed retail, wholesale, correspondent and reverse channels.
Credit unions, community and regional banks and independent mortgage banks that want a hosted, multi channel LOS with configurable workflow and strong compliance tooling, including reverse mortgage lenders. Borrowers apply and upload documents in Borrower Center.
Accenture said in February 2016 that it had moved all of its Mortgage Cadence clients, more than 600 mortgage lenders across the United States, to its cloud, and the 2013 acquisition announcement described a 190 person company.
MCP is the system of record for each lender's mortgage pipeline: borrower PII and applications from Borrower Center, credit and verification results, AUS findings, pricing and locks, fees and TRID disclosures, conditions and underwriting decisions, closing documents and e notes via MERS, funding and delivery data, HMDA records, and the title and settlement communications captured in Collaboration Center.
The company is 27 years old but the current MCP is a rebuild: Mortgage Cadence describes completely rebuilding the platform around open architecture, HTML5 responsive design and public cloud hosting, and it ships named releases on a steady cadence (MCP 5.0 June 2025, MCP 5.1 September 2025, Services Center 1.9, Collaboration Center 1.24 February 2026, Borrower Center 9.2 November 2025).
A loan officer (November 2019) said the borrower facing interface is easy to use but the software has more limited capabilities than other products on the market. Transaction management reviewers (2019) wanted saved search favorites, direct navigation to a loan section instead of always loading the main page, and the ability to search multiple files at once. Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. As of November 2026 there is no official Mortgage Cadence MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. Mortgage Cadence doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
