Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. Third-party residential property management companies, mostly single-family and small multifamily operators running AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine or Rent Manager, from a few hundred doors up to enterprise portfolios. A property manager connects Vendoroo to its PMS, trains it on vendor preferences, spending thresholds and escalation rules, and routes maintenance calls and messages to it.

Maintenance work orders and their full lifecycle status, resident call recordings, transcripts and troubleshooting threads, vendor assignments, quotes, bids and NTE approvals, appointment schedules, completion photos and notes, vendor invoices and owner spend reports, escalation decisions and human expert notes, and the trained business rules (vendor preferences, thresholds, workflows) that define how the AI operates for that customer.

Not natively. Vendoroo doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
