Independent dealers manage inventory (VIN scanning and decoding, cost and floorplan tracking, title status), structure retail, BHPH and wholesale deals, print state forms and contracts, submit credit applications to Dealertrack, RouteOne and CUDL, file electronic titles, collect BHPH payments and run collections, and push inventory and photos to a Wayne Reaves hosted website and marketplaces.
Wayne Reaves says it has served more than 28,000 dealers since 1987 and is a well known Southeast brand for independents, but it is a regional 40 person company with far fewer reviews than DealerCenter or Frazer.

Reviewer says the software has many glitches and closes out, is not cloud based, the mobile app is terrible and adding inventory with photos is difficult.
