Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Zego (formerly PayLease) is a property management payments and resident engagement platform for multifamily, single family, HOA, student and corporate housing operators. Ty Kalklosch and Yann Phung founded it in San Diego in 2003 as PayLease.
