Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Protractor is a cloud-based, all-in-one shop management system for independent automotive repair shops and tire stores, combining work orders, estimates and invoicing, scheduling, digital vehicle inspections, parts catalogs and ordering, inventory, payments and built-in accounting.

Service advisors schedule appointments, build estimates from Epicor parts and labor guides, order parts online from suppliers, run inspections through AutoServe1, post work orders to invoices, take payments and text customers; owners run integrated accounting, multi-location reporting and profit-center tracking; CRM and marketing vendors pull posted invoices, deferred work and appointments through the External Services web service.
