Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Quorum DMS is the dealer management system of Quorum Information Technologies Inc., a Calgary, Alberta software company that spent two decades on the TSX Venture Exchange (QIS) before Montreal based Valsoft Corporation acquired it for about CAD 60 million (CAD 0.80 per share) in a deal announced September 2025 and closed December 10, 2025.
Automotive, franchised new car dealerships, primarily in Canada with a smaller US footprint (GM, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, Chrysler and NAPA stores were named in earlier releases). Dealership departments use Quorum DMS for accounting, variable ops (sales, desking, F&I), fixed ops (service appointments, work orders, parts inventory, warranty claims) and OEM communications, often alongside DealerMine CRM and Autovance.
About 1,400 dealership customers across Canada and the US use at least one Quorum product, and Quorum products are installed in 40 percent of Canadian franchise dealerships, but the DMS itself is a Canadian mid market player with limited US presence.

Quorum has served customers since the late 1990s and XSellerator runs on Microsoft SQL Server.
A parts manager who switched from ADP says reports are clumsy and inaccurate, every update introduces new bugs, tier one support is useless and tasks take three times as long. Analysis of dealer conversations says Quorum covers only 13 of 25 common operation categories, leaving nearly half of workflows dependent on third party add ons. Not natively. Quorum DMS doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
