CaterTrax has no public API or developer portal. Enterprise integrations with POS, ERP and SSO are delivered as services after a demo request, and the help center is login-gated. An exposed internal ASP.NET CRM API help page exists but is undocumented and not for customers.
CaterTrax scores F on Supergood's API Report Card. CaterTrax has no public API or developer portal. Enterprise integrations with POS, ERP and SSO are delivered as services after a demo request, and the help center is login-gated. An exposed internal ASP.NET CRM API help page exists but is undocumented and not for customers.
Without a usable official API, teams fall back on manual exports, file drops, or one-off vendor integrations. The other option is an unofficial API layer like Supergood that automates the authenticated web app directly. Site terms may apply to any integration approach, and how they apply is a determination each team makes for itself.
CaterTrax is catering and hospitality ordering software for non-commercial foodservice: contract caterers and self-operated dining at universities, hospitals, corporate campuses, law firms and government sites.
Restaurants & Food Service, on-site and contract foodservice catering. A campus or hospital catering manager publishes menus on the branded ordering site; departments place orders with event details and cost centers; the kitchen works from auto-generated production and pack sheets; deliveries and setups are tracked; invoices post to internal billing or cards through configured payment gateways; and corporate teams review sales, waste and adoption reports across sites.
CaterTrax is the market leader in non-commercial catering ordering, with 5,000-plus active client locations and over 5M orders a year on its own numbers, 7,500 operators at the 2017 acquisition and 20,000 operators in its Trustpilot profile, and 128 Capterra reviews.
Catering and take-out orders with requester names, departments, cost centers, delivery locations and event details (PII), menus with pricing and nutrition data, production and pack sheets, invoices and payment records (card data through configured gateways), multi-site sales, waste and adoption reporting, and user accounts for enterprise SSO.
Founded 2004 on software first built in 2000.
A three-year customer says an upgrade removed self-editing, so minor menu or price changes require support tickets that are often done incorrectly. A campus catering supervisor wants to adjust pricing directly instead of submitting a request. Full sourced list under Sources below.

Supergood's grades measure one thing: can a customer's engineering team get their own data out programmatically? Supergood checks six things (whether a real API exists, how access is gated, data coverage, auth quality, docs and developer experience, and stability) and rolls them into a letter grade. Supergood re-verifies grades, and they only move on evidence.
Not that we could find. There is no official CaterTrax MCP server in any public registry, and no maintained community server we're aware of. We re-verify this periodically — report an inaccuracy below if we missed one.
Not natively. CaterTrax doesn't publish an MCP server, so MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, and Codex have nothing to connect to out of the box. If that changes, this page will reflect it.
